When i set Phone calls as an activity they are not showing who they regarding when viewing via a chart - view records on the dashboard

Hi all, 

We have a pie chart on our dashboard for all activities and when we go to view records on the chart it does not show us the name of who to call in the regarding column although it does for other activities such tasks.  When we have the activities as a list on the dashboard it shows them in the regarding column. any suggestions?

    Are you sure the Regarding is being set on the phone calls, and not just the sender / recipient (these are stored as separate activity parties) ? Based on the list you've posted, it looks like Regarding is not set. Can you post what the activities look like on the dashboard ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response, you are correct, just had a look and people are not completing the regarding field for phone calls.. the ones that are showing are calls set up within an opportunity so they are picking up the information from within the opportunity. Thanks for your assistance, this has really helped hours of trying to work out what it was

    Hello louisa lane,

    Most likely cause are not setting up the regarding feild while populating the record, its should resolve this issue.
