Error while creating new user in Dynamics 365 On-Prem

While trying to create a new user in my On-Prem Dynamics 365 locally, I am getting this dialogue box mentioning /You are attempting to create a user with an invalid domain logon. Select another domain logon and try again. If you contact support, please provide the technical details./
