We are in the process of implementing a use case where we want to create an event using the dynamcis Marketing Event Portal. The task is to offer an event via a Formular or portal for registration and then manually decide which of the registered participants are actually allowed to attend.

Is something like this possible and what is the best way for me to implement this. Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi,

The event can be registered with an Event Registration Form.

Please refer to the following documentation.

Use marketing forms for event registration (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

"manually decide which of the registered participants are actually allowed to attend" can be achieved when Check-in records is created.

Promote events, manage registration and check-ins, and review results in Dynamics 365 Marketing - Learn | Microsoft Docs
