View History on Yellow Status Bar is not showing in PR WF

Hi All

I have currently setup PR worflow and its working fine.however when I open All purchase Requestion form I don't see View history button on yellow status bar for other PR crerated by other users , However I can see the yellow status bar for PR submitted thru My employee number only .but it works fine as of another Live enviroment I have on separte location .

All what I need is to enable end users to see View history button .

Any Idea why the bar is not comming ?
