Modules menu keeps loading in D365 Finance and Operations

Hello,

The modules in the left pane of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations keep loading without a result. I created a new menu display item so I can access my form from there. I built my project, and there are no errors at all. Below the modules, there's a "Loading content" message.

I cleared the cache of my browser, and there are no connection problems since the workspaces are showing above the modules.

Has anyone faced this problem before?

    Hi TPI Admin,

    What type of environment are you working with? Is it a development environment? What version are you using? Is the menu not loading at all or will it appear after some time? I have seen the message before, but only when the environment had a cold start where data needs to be cached first.

    When you say created new menu item, did you by any chance remove existing menuitem from backend in such a way it was available earlier in recent used menuitems from UI? 
     
    Can you give us full detail what has been done earlier to get into such a situation?

    Please open services and scroll down, the WWW service definitely stopped. Start and give it few seconds.

    Thankyou for the responses , Let me give the brief about the issue 
     
    i m having the System Administrator role and getting this issue in Production environment only  and reset the browser cache and reset usage data but no response , it keeps on loading even after waiting 1 hour
     
     i also raised the microsoft ,but they have no idea

    Hi,
     
    It seems, from your explanation that this is happening on PROD, after you created a menu on DEV and deployed to PROD(of course passing through the UAT.
     
    If that's the case, is the behavior same with all users? Is the customer able to carry out daily activities. If no, I would advice you rollback to most recent stable package while you debug on the DEV.

    Komi has a great question if the issue is related to all users or only one. Can you share what exactly you changed to the menu?
