Field Service Outlook Add-in - Something went wrong

I've added the Field Service outlook app but when opening an e-mail and then clicking the field service icon I get the error shown in the screenshot below. It does spin saying Signing In... but then goes straight to this.

The error message is not helpful:

Error: undefined undefined clientSessionId: b6e7c604-2d19-49b3-8135-67c4d21d5cad:

Any ideas?

Double-check that you've completed all the steps in the Microsoft article about Set up Microsoft 365 integration for Field Service - Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Learn. This includes things like giving consent, exchange admin permissions, and making sure your location and language are supported. If it's still not working after that, you'll need to contact Microsoft support through your Power Platform admin centre.
