Role Centre Ratios- What is the Debtor Days (DSO) method used?

Does anyone know what the calculation is for the average collection days in the Financial Ratios on the Accounting Manager Role centre?  I need to know what info AX is using from where to understand the measure.

I presume the 'goal' is a hard coded measure as it is zero for the first three months?
