I have noticed we have a ton of bad data under Postal Address Electronic Contacts. I would like to do a big clean up and delete them all. Any idea how I can do this through Data Management? Again this is at the Postal Address level. Lots of blanks that were imported and I have no idea why the developers did that, but I want to clean it all up. There are sever thousand so 1 at a time isn't reasonable.
Hi,
Regarding this issue I would recommend to have a SQL query to check for the corrupted data with the condition of "blank" as you want. The table seems to be related to LogisticsElectronicAddress table.
In order to remove the data and ensure consistency, you might develop a function from the above query to loop through the records that have the issue then call LogisticsElectronicAddress.delete() function to mass delete the corrupted data. Of course this need to be validated in dev and UAT carefully.
Hope this will help.

Hi Alex, thank you for the suggestion but I'm looking for more frontend that we can do without having the developer teams do on the backend. Data Management, Office Integration, etc.
Hi
For non-code solutions, you might refer to the below article for DMF data entity truncate function or using Excell add in:

Hi Vickie8346,
Which environment is this issue related?
Have a overview about many records is affected? You can get this information by exporting "Party contacts V3" entity and filter for
-LOCATOR is empty
-ISPRIMARY is No - In a case that you need to delete those which is not primary and empty contact information.
Thenn you will get a overview of affected records with 'PARTYNUMBER' and 'ELECTRONICADDRESSID'.
In order to clean up, As a manual workaround you can try to delete manually (Advanced > Delete) which is time consuming.
Another alternativ is using Excel add-in for entity data source "Party contacts V3". You can add filter first and then try to delete affected record and click on publish.
I have tested this in standard environment 10.0.22 and it works fine.
Party Contacts V3 is not at the address level, that is at the card level. My situation is at the address level as per my screen shot above.
Please try the recommended workaround via Postal address electronic contacts V2 on Excel add-inn.
You can get the overview via entity "Postal address electronic contacts V2" on Data management
Worked perfect! Thank you all for your suggestions.
