Mobile App for Timesheets and Expenses empty

Hi everyone,

We are running on AX 2012 R3 CU9 and we have an issue with the mobile app (iPhone app v 4.2). We have configured everything on the Azure side and it is working for our email approvals, however when we open the AX app it is empty. What configuration is missing to enable time, expense and approvals in the app? See the below screenshot for what we are seeing when we login:

I've verified everything has connected successfully in the Mobile connector. I also double checked the tile setup (Sys Admin > Setup > Windows store > Windows application store setup) and all of the tiles are set to the default. What is missing to enable those options?

    I know this is an old post, but I'm having a similar issue.  The expense piece does display on any mobile phone, just Timesheet items are not displaying for any mobile phone: iOS or Droid.  Recently migrated from ACS to SAS, and installed a new environment:  AD FS v3.0 and Microsoft Dynamics AX Connector for Mobile Applications v8.2.390.0.  

    Was wondering if you found a resolution?
