On premise CRM org, two business units. A system admin from one business unit can use the Send Direct Email option for a contact successfully. A system admin from the other business unit can not. The error received is:
The contact selected does have a valid Primary Email address, and the Bulk Emails field is set to 'Allow'.
Details of the error log show:
<Message>Object address not found on party or party is marked as non-emailable</Message>
Not sure what I'm missing.
Still looking for answers or direction on this if anyone sees it.
This one is still an issue, sadly.
Bump.
As near as I can tell, all the preferences are set correctly for the contact we are testing with:
If an contact Preference method Email is not allowed (Don't email) then you will get this error.
Please check the settings and set the "DoNotEmail" flag as false for your entities. In the UI, you can directly check the field for each entity.
