"{{BookedPercentage}}" token in default resource cell template

Hi, can anybody please tell me how placeholders like these work? Are those placeholders listed and documented somewhere? Instead of an percentage value we would like to have something like "62/80", while 80 is the availability of a resource for lets say 2 weeks and 62 is the amount of hours already booked. For the booked hours I know there is the placeholder/token "{{BookedDuration}}" that can be used, but do we also have a placeholder for availabilty as a total number?

I have the same question (0)

I have not seen it documented anywhere. Where do you see these tokens?

These calculations are used in the system for utlization calculations:

Billable utilization = Chargeable actual hours / Resource capacity

Non-billable utilization= Actual time with billing type id = Non-chargeable, Complementary or Not available) / Resource capacity

Internal = Actual time with no sales contract / Resource capacity

Resource capacity = Resource work hours – out of office – Non-working days

Green: billable utilization >= resource target utilization

Yellow: target utilization – 20 <= billable utilization < target utilization

Red: billable utilization < target utilization – 20

The resource utilization view is based on the Schedule Board, so you can use the filtering capabilities of Schedule Board to filter your results.

Hey Matthew, nice to read you here :-)

I also had some emails with Pedro Ramalhinho about that topic. He lead me to SchPage.js where the value for "{{BookedPercentage}}" is calculated and set.

In the code I found this:

    ...

    pastedimage1581675156658v2.png

Actually what we would like to show for each resource is the value of "cWT" which I think corresponds to "current working time". Any chance to grab that value and make it visible for each resource?

Unfortunately I am not sure how to display cWT to users in CE directly.

The data on working hours is stored as explained in these articles.

    www.cloudfronts.com/.../

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328538.aspx

Using it is difficult and requires complicated queries but is doable and I have seen it done.

There are a couple more articles on the topic online when you search for 'calendar rule' and 'calendar' records.

Microsoft couple of days ago refreshed the work hours to use UCI. But I am being told that the data structure behind has not changed.

    I hope it may help.
