We have an issue on CRM where one of our accounts is adding irrelevant emails to the timeline. Is there way to restrict/prevent this from happening to other accounts in the foreseeable future please ?

Hi Sanjiv,
The emails from ukcareers means that the from field of the email is not current account.
If 'Regarding' or 'To' or 'Cc' or 'Bcc' fields of the email contains current account, it will display in the timeline of current account.

As per your screenshot, Regarding for the Respective Emails will be ACCOUNT. As per OOB if we set Regarding in EMAIL with respective entity it will show in TIMELINE

With reference to the screenshot, the emails from ukcareers should not be included in the timeline on the account record on CRM.
Is there a way to prevent this from occurring on future accounts please ?

I don't understand 'adding irrelevant emails to the timeline'.
If the 'Regarding' or 'To' or 'Cc' or 'Bcc' fields of the email are populated with the account, the email will appear in the timeline of the account.
So what means for 'irrelevant'?
