I'm getting this error / Cannot Find Thumbprint by Certificatename while importing a user in D365FO environment. May I know what to do for solving this issue?
I followed the steps provided to address the challenge we are facing, but unfortunately, it seems that the issue persists. I wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to successfully resolve the matter using the provided steps. If so, could you kindly share any additional details or considerations that might have contributed to your success? It's possible that I may have missed a crucial step or misunderstood a part of the process. Thanks
Hi thank you so much Hana and Andre, I've followed the link you've mentioned by trying to import/generate certificate in the azure key vault. And uploaded it to the app registration's certificate and installed it inside the VM and modified the web.config file and also added the API permission for the application in azure but now I'm facing this issue " Keyset does not exist " can you please guide me what I've missed?
Hi, As Andre said, the certificates in the Microsoft Entra tenant are no longer installed in the new one-box development environment. This change affects external integrations (including imported users). To re-enable this feature, new application and tenant certificates need to be set up. Best Regards, Hana
