"Add to workspace button" is after filtering disabled.

Hi.
This becomes available again when you have saved your view.
Press the "My view" button and select save.

Hi,
This is By Design. On list pages, you can only pin views to a workspace. When there are unsaved changes to a view, the action is unavailable. You just need to save the filtered list as a view, and then the action will be enabled. If the filtered list is important enough to make available on a workspace, it should be important enough to create a view on the backing form as well.
