Issue with Master Data Management and custom fields

Hi all,
We're having an issue with the Master Data Management function. 
The Master Data Management is setup to copy the Prices Headers and Lines. The copy happens but i'm having an issue with my custom fields on my price Lines. One custom field has no issue, but the other is never copied when inserting a new price line. The copy works for modification though. 
I'm working on a saas environment with the latest BC version. My custom fields are added by a PTE extension.
Has someone encountered something similar ?

    Check Master Data Management Setup to ensure both custom fields are mapped. Verify if the missing field has DataClassification = ToBeClassified; in your PTE extension. Debug if OnBeforeInsert or OnAfterInsert is missing field handling.

    The fields that are not working—are you entering data manually, or are they populated based on a trigger? If so, what trigger is used to populate those fields? because it could be a timing issue .

    The field is populated by entering data manually and has DataClassification = Customer Content
    It is correctly mapped in the data master management setup
    I don't have any error in the synchronisation log.
