Hello,
for the organisation where i work for we are using outlook 365 and the plugin dynamics 365 we are using won't work since a week, the problem is that when you click on show
dynamics 365 it stays on loading and after a while it gives a error: "error on add-in and try again"
the funny thing is that it's not for everyone ....
i removed the add on and add it again but the problem is still there.
we work in an citrix vdi environment.
does anyone know a solution for this?

1. From where do you download this Dynamics plugin was it from Microsoft app source ? --> from out of outlook --> add on
2. was it every working before? --> yes and nothing change accept office updates
OOB dynamics plugin --> this is good, i cant find no errors in this portal.

I would suggest to use the OOB dynamics plugin for outlook know as "App for outlook" see Microsoft official documentation for the Outlook dynamics plugin : docs.microsoft.com/.../deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook
