Ramesh,
Not sure if this will resolve, but try setting UseSystemPrinter property to yes on the report properties.

ramesh ,
are you using RDP connection ?
Thank you Mohana.
the link says that it will use Report Properties only so looks to be a design to me. You can create a support case to Microsoft to confirm the behavior.
Yes, i want to print as default of printer settings but it is overrides report layout properties.
Thank you
as per the link,
the printed report orientation is determined by
The settings in the Report Properties dialog box on the RDLC layout but is overridden if you change the settings in the Print dialog box.
Your report orientation in landscape and same is showing in printer while printing.
DId I understand it wrong?
Hi Mohana,
Yes same thing is happened here, First time it is taking from report properties if i change the properties in print dialog box it needs to save the values but it is not it always taking from report properties only.
how to avoid this please explain?
Thank you
Ramesh.
The values in the Print dialog box are initially set to the values from the Report Properties dialog box on the RDLC report layout.
Did you try to change it and check whether it saved the settings or always showing from report properties only?
Mohana,
i am using with request page.
Thank you
Sohail Ahmed
