Document Templates Structure

Hi All,

We are beginning to build out our environment, and have stumbled upon a question around structuring document templates.

We are a financial services organisation, and are across a number of facets of the industry, and as such generate plenty of documents.

Our question is whether we can structure and categorise our Word templates the same way Email templates are treated.

    Yes, you can create word templates for entities to do this. Please refer to this doc:
