Email to multiple segments

Hi All,

I work with multiple user groups and for each of them I end up creating a copy of an email just so I can analyse the CTR, opens, etc for this specific group. But it got to a point where each email has 20 copies because of many different groups. Is there a way of creating just one email template, sending it to 15-20 marketing lists/segments and then analysing that email for a specific segment? 

Also, am I able to create a rule that says : If the email was a hard bounce, please add this email address to one big list that should be excluded from any future emails?

    Yes that’s correct. You can filter against a Customer Journey and/or dates within Insights

    Just so I understand - instead of having multiple copies of emails, use one email template and have multiple user journeys? And I will be able to filter email on a specific user journey, right?

    Could you not utilise Customer Journeys for this? Send the same email to multiple Customer Journeys and then when in the Marketing Email select the Insights tab and then search for the relevant Customer Journey.
