Hi OnlyRodd! Just ignore the warning :-)

As the other experts mentioned, it's a common warning message, because the value of some fields at the header try to populate to the lines.

It is actually not an error, but rather a warning. In some cases, some fields of the purchase order header are filled in automatically based on the value you select in some other fields. So, changing them will affect to the changes in automatically populated fields of the header. In turn, those fields might be connected with corresponding fields in the lines of the document. So, once they are filled in in the lines, they might not be necessarily modified when you modify the header. NAV just notifies you that you have modified certain values in the header which were previously populated in the lines, but those will not be automatically modified and need to be treated manually if needed.

    HEY OnlyRodd,

This is genuine Error which you will face very often working in NAV. Whenever you change something on Header Part, NAV tries to update the same values on the Lines as well(If those values too exists on Lines as well) by generating a confirmation windows dialogue so that the both Header and Lines remain sync wit each other. You need to either Push Yes Or No to execute it further. In you case it saying to update it manually so you should navigate to Lines and update those Values.

You need to select Yes to proceed further and manually change the Tax Area Code on the purchase lines.

    Or

Better you delete the purchase lines and then try to modify the header.

What exactly are you trying to modify in Purchase Order?
