how to make Trade allowance agreements status in process after confirmed in Trade allowance management module to add new customers ?

The button 'In Process' is control by following logic:
And it is connected to method checkMerchEventTrans:
It means the system is checking for any transactions related to Trade Allowance Agreement and I would say that in your system probably there are such a transactions and therefore you cannot set the Trade Allowance to "In Process" status

When you confirm Trade allowance agreements then what exactly happened? Can you please share the screen shot of Trade allowance agreement. It might be because of not having sufficient rights. Can you please check the same with Admin rights?

Hi Mena Atef,
When you will click on "Confirmed" button, This will confirm your agreement and Allowance cost will be automatically calculated and "In process" button will be enabled.
Please check the below reference to give you more clarity.
