Hello People of Dynamics,

I am suffering a bad Error which totally brings me to my mental Limits

THIS DOESNT WORK: 

{{#if (eq contact.salutation '')}} Ladies and Gentlemens,{{else}} {{contact.salutation}}, {{/if}}

THIS WORKS:

{{#if (eq contact.salutation '')}} Greetings,

{{else}} {{contact.salutation}},

{{/if}}

I Don't get it....What do I need to fix to deal with it.

Can someone help please?

    Try to Full out the pre-Header Field, there is a bug That if the pre-header is empty a DIV - Element wont get closed in the HTML source code

    Did you fill out the pre-header field below the Subject field? I know there is currently a bug That if the pre-Header is empty a DIV Element wont be closed causing an error.

    in regards to your scenario it Looks like due to the Spaces between Ladies and Gentlemen there are HTML space Tags created. Could you Paste your HTML in here?
