Using Lead Scoring Models for Real Time Marketing

Hello,

i would like to target my lead scoring model on the "Real-time marketing" Area.

All emails that i created in the real time marketing area are not targetable in the lead scoring model. Is there any way to achive this? On top of that i would like to know in general if its possible to target assets of the other area in the lead scoring model...

Hi A,

The entity of the emails in Real Time Marketing is "msdynmkt_emails" and the entity of the marketing emails is "msdyncrm_marketingemail".

So they are two different kinds of emails.

The message in the Lead Scoring Model is a lookup for the latter one.

So the emails in Real Time Marketing cannot be listed in your screenshot and it cannot be customized.
