Hi,
I created a new production environment and install MKT. The APP is configured, but when I run the marketing setup wizard after, show the following error:
But, the status application is "Configured"
In opposite, when I manage the other environment (sandbox) and I don't have any problem.
In the Microsoft Documentación, I found the error but does not specify which entity should be enable for change tracking https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/dynamics-365/marketing/dynamics-365-marketing-problem-with-deployment
So, Is there anyone who has this error and knows what the entity is? I have searched multiple forums and submitted a ticket, but it has taken time and the client needs the app,
Any help would be appreciated,

Yes, sorry sometimes it can be hard to discern why the failure happened and engineering may have to manually remove and reassociate the license from the failed deployment so it can take time. Hopefully the support engineer has engaged the product engineering team for help.
Thanks for the answer Autumn, but actually I opened a support ticket and they are working on it, but it has been open for a week and they are still seeing the problem. I open the thread to see if the same thing happened to another and have the response from the entities.
Please open a support ticket to have your licenses and environments looked at and straightened out.
