    Hi Yousaf,

Have you tried to cancel the delivery remainder? Apart from the PO line quantity, you can influence the open quantity using the deliver remainder form.

    Hello  Muhammad Yousaf.

Probably you have entered with 20 quantity in the PO line, then a 20 ordered quantity was created for the inventory transactions referring to that line. Then, you've changed the quantity in the line to 10, but the transaction inside line, remained with 20 quantity. I cannot think in another situation that can occurred in this case.

Can you double check and confirm that?

    Regards,

    Richardson.

    Hello Muhammad,

If there are only 10 items on this PO then things look like a bug.

I already have checked LCS but have not found a hotfix that seems to fit.

Do you know if adjustments have been made in your system in regards to POs?

To make a good and fast progress, I would recommend that you try to replicate this issue in a different environment.

Once you know how to replicate the issue, please open a MS support case.

If you can't reproduce it, get into contact with a developer who might be able to help you with this issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

if you just look at my original post, i was asking that the PO is appearing 2 times. Actually only 10 Qty has been ordered - There is nothing like 20

    this PO line is repeating

So question is same --- why and how to solve

Actually the ordered qty of 10 has already been received - why it is still showing 10 on Order

    Hello Muhammad,

I cannot see that there is something wrong here.

As Richardson Rodrigues indicates, I would expect a quantity of 20 pcs in your PO where 10 have not been processed.

Can you double check and confirm that?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Looking at that picture, I can see that you've created a PO to purchase 20.00 quantity of this item. The PO was invoiced only for 10.00 quantity and it has 10.00 quantity left.

That's because there's a transaction with 10.00 purchased and 10.00 ordered. The 10.00 ordered transaction refers to the left quantity to invoice.

    Hope this has helped you.

    Richardson.
