Developing/Customizing by code

Hi together,

I am new to Dynamics Sales. I am used to Dynamic BC.

I liked the way to develop by (vs)code like creating new objects, moving fieds around etc. As far as I can see this cannot be done in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (online - not on-premises). Is that right so far?

The online designer seems so slow to me.

I am happy for every article/feedback that points me in the right direction.

    Hi Andy2022,

    The best way to create objects ar the designers made by Microsoft. For creating objects in the online version You should use make.powerapps.com. For the on-premises. Settings > Customizations > Solutions or Customize the System

    Do you mean move files... to move your customizations or development? For that purpose use solutions. For more details, here is the link

    thanks for your response. I ment moving "fields" no files ;).

    Aren't there any third party software? Is the sdk suitable for this case?
