Modifying/Extending standard code in Form Init() method - Form Extension

Hi all,

I have a standard form. In the init method there is standard if condition as shown in the below screenshot. I need to add additional OR condition with my custom Display menu item.

How can I extend the standard form to modify the existing standard condition.

Thoughts on this will be very helpful.

Hi Sabarish,

I think you can't reach that by yourself.

But you can create an extensibility request for Microsoft in Lifecycle Services.

You can't change the code - but you extend it.

For example, use CoC to add extra code after the standard init() method. There you check if the menu item is yours, set the variables and call the method.
