Hi All,

we have a batch job (c#) that executed daily. Upgraded from 2011 system to D365.

crm 2011 opportunity records creating 12-15/Sec but D365 creations 3-4/second.
I have disabled the BPF on opportunity and it improved a bit and creating 6-7 records. (Opp having simple fields)

still it’s 50% less compare to CRM 2011 so our client complained. Please let me know if Any suggestions to improve performance / Any new background processes introduced in D365 those need to stop. Please suggest.

PS:

  1. No major sync processes and plugins registered on create opportunity record. Tried by disabling but no use.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello `Prasad,

    I hope you are well.

Based on your description, I think so well you see this official documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/optimize-form-performancehttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/design-considerations-main-forms that can help you to work with a better performance in forms.

Also, you can use the Performance Center that you can see here https://www.cobalt.net/understanding-the-microsoft-dynamics-crm-performance-center/. This tool could help you to understand slow components.

Let me know if this information above helps you and if you need anything more.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @Carlos Fontolan,

    Thanks for the Response.

But, we are creating Opportunity with SDK from SSIS Package. [Reading from stage table and create in CRM].

Lead and Opportunity record creation taking around 0.2 sec [5 records each only per Min].

Hope D365 has internal sales process so Lead and Opp creation taking time while creating with SDK. But, no idea where to check. Please suggest. Thanks.

    Hi Carlos,

    Thanks for suggestion.

execute-multiple-requests: This might not work in our case as we have 6 Child entities dependent on 1 parent entity. if any error we are going to rollback all related entities for that Parent record.

We will give a try for Parallel For. I have done POC and its giving 2 times improvement. I will apply in batch and update here once it works. Thanks.
