slow loading in Dynamic GP Web and always has bug in Dynamic GP Handheld warehouse

Hi, we as Indonesia Warehouse client use GP Web and GP handheld (Mobile) for our Warehouse management system. We relate with PT Artha Infotama as our GP vendor. For fast moving business, we need fast loading and No Bug Issue.

Our issue is

1. Alwasy facing Slow loading, it's not because our internet, but slow GP server. It impact for our flow business

2. We always facing bug in every function, include Web and Mobile warehouse management system.

If anyone can help us. Is it because of GP vendor performance or truly GP system issue??

I Think microsoft is Great IT company, but it probably like startup company. Please help us to make you still great company.

So, what exactly is slow loading? Are you seeing slow performance in Dynamics GP web client or when exactly?

In order for the Community to help, you need to be more specific on what you're claiming is slow and/or a bug......all the information you've given is too vague to get anything out of.
