Hi Friends,

In purchase order header i attached file it is showing if i select only header but if i select PO line attached file is not showing in d365fo.

If I select PO header attached file is showing please check below illustration:

I want if i select PO line then same attached file should show as showing in PO header.

Hi Rahul.P,

Can you let us know what happens even if you click on attachment button while selecting PO line? Can you provide the screenshot for the same.

It can be the case that document attachment is showing document attached per line wise instead of header.

PO line attachment is tracked with reference to PO line and same is case with Po header

both tracked seperately

and if i click on attachment button while selecting PO line only line attachment file will show.

We can not do customize it?

attachment on Po line is done via the button menu from PO line

My client is using Ax 2012 also.

In ax 2012 whatever he select PO header and PO line attachment file is showing but in d365fo if he select PO line attachment file is not showing.

So my client is asking why?

Hi Rahul.p,

Check if there is any customization in 2012. PO header and lines have different attachments section by default. Header shows header notes/attachments and lines shows line notes.
