Hi All,

One custom security role is assigned to some users to access the crm apps in uci but one user is able to access but others new users are not able to access apps in crm uci & getting error

The app url was not found or you need permissions to open it.Please check the url again or contact system administrator

And already role has Model driven app read access previledge.any other previledge need to provide to access app ?

What could be the issue ? Any other permission neee to provide in security role area ?

You need to manage roles for your specific model driven app. Please refer to this blog for more details about the steps to follow:

Thanks for your response.

I have followed the above url but the same previledge aleady present with read access for model driven app still some users not able to access & getting above error.

Any other roles missing here ?

Having the same issue for some newly created users. Some caching issue?

Yes the app has roles assigned and yes the users have those roles assigned...

Hi,

Please check the developer tool-> Console Tab.

Previously I was facing same kind of issue but when I checked the Console Area then there I received error message related privilege which was missing for the user as shown below:

Not that unfortunately after checking the console. Also other users with exact same roles are not facing the issue....
