Multisite Activation

I have activated multisite on my dev environment now i have to activate on other environment.so is there any way to deploy these multisite activation changes to other environment. or i have to run the activation wizard on another environment also.can anyone guide me on this. thanx in Advance.

    i have multiple environments so i have to run the Activation wizard on each one of them...?

    I would do it in all the environments as that is the safe approach. Move from dev to prod and test along the way.

    However... Do back-up your prod environment before running it and then copy the db to the other environments for final confirmation.
