Is it possible to create a system generated message for when a timesheet is submitted?

Good afternoon. On Business Central, is it possible to create an automatic, system generated message when an individual submits their weekly timesheet for their line manager's approval? I'd like the line manager to receive automatic notification's for when they receive a timesheet to approve.

What can and cannot be done is described here:

I assume you are looking for a partner extension. Not sure if that exist, but other customers / partners may know hopefully.
