Dear All,

We have faced with an issue while trying to choose proper store for picking up a line of customer order created via MPOS (AX 2012 R3 CU11).

Actions taken:
1. Via POS search option an item 0073 was found. This is an item that is available on-hand at the warehouse related to the store we are currently operation from (device that uses POS is assigned to this store).

2.  We added a client to transaction and created a customer order.

3. Highlighted a line with product 0073 and pressed "Pick up selected".

As the result no stores are available in the form where all picking up points supposed to be displayed. All proper jobs were run. The store with available on-hand items has assigned Modes of deliveries.

Does anybody have a clue about the possible reasons or related settings that can influence this not showing of stores? If any additional details are required, please feel free to let us know.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Could you please make sure that you have configured the store locator groups  in the store setup ? If my assumption is correct, it will show the stores that are in the same store locator group only.

I know this is late but this is what work for me and I hope this works for others who face this issue.

Go to store which is not shown in Pick up Address in POS

Setup -> Fulfillment group assignment -> select Group -> Click on Pickup check box.
