Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

ODBC wiped out everytime user logoff. Server error: "token based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error"

Hi!

Every time that an specific user wants to login to GP, its ODBC is lost. I add it back, but when he logs off, it is wiped out and I have to add a new ODBC connection.

I checked on the server log and there was the following message.

    I would check the UAC for this user and/or group.

    When you create the DSN are you logged in as someone with local admin rights?

    I know this was posted some time back and I have read the suggestions from Richard and Megan but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem as well?

    I had recently encountered a problem with a client running in a citrix system where it was doing this for only one user on Citrix.  All other users attaching to the same Citrix install had no issues.

    We fixed our issue by rebuilding the AD User profile.

    Wondering if someone else has a similar story and solution.
