So, I have a client (B2)9 that is exploring the use of personalized content in emails in Customer Insights - Journeys. They target their contacts, who is always related to an account through the polymorphic standard field "parentcustomerid", which can both be an account or a contact. For my client, it is always an Account, though. However, it seems that we are not able to select this values from this relationship (i.e. Account name, Salesperson on Account, etc.) when defining the personalized content. Only the other Account field on Contact (accountid) can be selected, but this is not used by the client.
Does anyone know, if there is a way to enable using "parentcustomerid" (and other polymorphic lookups) in personalization?
