Automation Server with CLSID error

I installed NAV 2009 R2 from the root installer but only chose customized option leaving out the classic option- I only needed RTC installed.

However now users get automation errors when running several pages in RTC and while transacting in the system eg Journals.

This error is preventing users from using the system.

Is there a seperate DLL I can run/register to solve this?

The error I get is below

This message is for C/AL Programmers;Cannot create an instance of an Automation Server with CLSID={248DD896-BB45-11CF-9ABC-0080C7E7B78D}

this is the clsid of automation (com object) "Winsock Control 6.0", filename MSWinsck.ocx. the error means, that this file is missing.
