Budget entry values not appearing on reports in financial reporter

I have a report which compares a budget with actual which we have designed in financial reporter. The report has worked fine until this week. Actuals are fine but the only a few random budget values are appearing. when you drill down the transactions are there in the background? any ideas? the only recent change we have made to the system is to migrate to the LCS self service deployment?

Hi DebFD,

Do you know whether some changes to the budget data have been recorded?

What do you see when you run the report?

Is there any error message showing up?

The data mart reset that Saurabh mentioned might be a means of last resort. Before doing that I would recommend checking all other possible options first.

We had not made any changes to the budget data, there was no error messages. The report was showing zeros but on drill down you could see the data transactions. I think this must have been caused by the change to LCS self serve platform but we do not know. The data mart reset has worked and the report is now correct.
