I need support on the topic of D365 Marketing -> D365 Customer Insight on two questions. The questions are probably trivial, but as I am starting out with D365 Marketing, not all the topic is yet clear and adequately covered. I searched for information on MS websites, but what I found was not enough. And here is a request for your support:
I need support on the topic of D365 Marketing -> D365 Customer Insight on two questions. The questions are probably trivial, but as I am starting out with D365 Marketing, not all the topic is yet clear and adequately covered. I searched for information on MS websites, but what I found was not enough. And here is a request for your support:
- Is it possible to store data related to Google AdWords in D365? I would like to store data about AdWords campaigns, capture information about campaign name, type, source, etc. Divide into appropriate groups and compile into an appropriate summary/report?
- Is it possible to collect into the following groups: Organic search, Adwords ads by group, LinkedIn advertising, Facebook advertising, Social media, Youtube?
- Is the data storage mentioned in point 1. possible to implement natively, or does it require third-party solutions?
