When I click on Team absence calendar I just get a blank view with no names. Any Idea why this is happening?

If the Leave & Absence parameter is correctly enabled, then please it is should be shown here.
I followed the below steps in my system and it is working fine.
1. Create a leave type
2. Create a leave plan and assign it to an employee.
3. Request a time-off request from ESS.
4. Check Leave and absence parameter and Human resource parameter
5. Go to ESS > My information > Team absence calendar

I hope the employees leave reporting the person (login user, of which you shared the screenshot) are approved, if not then it won't appear.
Secondly do check the Leave and absence Parameter setup, what you had enabled and what is not enabled.
