Lease liability for last period

Hi, 

Any ideas why the option to "create journal" is not available for the last period of the leased liability?

    Hi Capslock,

    For leases that are Annuity Due, the interest expense for the last period would be $0. The module will not create an interest expense journal entry for that line as the entry would be for $0, therefore, the module disables the "Create journal" button.
