Troubles in Customer Journey Trigger

Hi,

i'm having any problems with the Trigger I have insert into my customer journeys.

The troubles are only for the marketing form conditions, both Visited or Registered.

The trigger doesn't start and the next step, a sending email to the customers  that registered into the website doesn't start.

The trigger's trouble are only for Marketing form condition whilst for Marketing Email condition and Marketing Page condition all is ok.

this is a screenshot example. The trigger send CJ all in NO branch

The interactions Report is Ok. The visit and the forward of the marketing form are right traced

    Hi Luca,

    In addition to add link to marketing form to content of marketing email, have you also added marketing form as an item to the email tile?

    Moreover, you could set the audience to "Form submitted" if you want to send marketing email based on submission interaction.

    Yes absolutely.

    In the tile email message i added the link  both to Marketing page and marketing Form

    To confirm the problem in the App Marketing, I perform another CJ  (a simply CJ Inbound) who start directly with a a Marketing form  inbound tile (not a segment tile) and follow with a message email tile. and a telephone activity tile. This CJ haven't no problem till yesterday when I try it.

    This morning, when I try to to GO LIVE the system stop me and show this error

    The system ask me to assign a marketing form item to the tile!

    But  really, i have linked the marketing form yet (name Marketing form  ZL-Modulo da usare) yet!!!!

    I think that there are any mismatch in the App Marketing at the moment

    Hi Luca,

    Only when the lookup field left blank I will receive the error, so what you encountered is not expected behavior.

    You may need to create a support ticket for investigation on your marketing app.
