how to add an action in job planning line

hii all , 

im still a beginner i need to add action purchase quotes in the page job planning line so i need to select  all rows of the lines to add them in purchase quotes after the aaction and im confused dont know how to start

    yes but still lost I want a fix method to do thing every action in nav have their own method
