When you create new company in same database, all the standard objects would get automatically copied to new company.

Another way is to export all the table objects (Select the required objects from Object Designer > File > Export and then further import into required database / company.

    Hope this helps.

Actually, when you create a new company in the same database, it already uses the same database objects and components, there is no need to perform additional uploading actions. However you would need to perform setup independently, including user access settings and company settings.
