Dears,

can i settle an invoice in navasion ?

if the invoice by 12000 USD for example and customer will pay the amount within 6 months ? can we separate the installment from the main invoice (12000USD) to be 6 invoices each by 2000USD ? as every month to get a notification by the invoice ?

Hi,

You Could also consider deferral of the invoice over 6 months, using a deferral template and linking it on the sales invoice. It depends on when the revenue must be recognized.

or 6 partial payments of 2000 per month, Original invoice will stay on ageing as open for the remaining amounts as a reminder as stated by other answers as well.

Hi,

Yes system allow us to book partial payment against invoice and by which you can settle your Invoice amount.

Yes, You can do it.

In cash receipt journal at the time of applying to invoice you can mention amount to be applied for that invoice.

Hi Shereen,

Yes, you are able to apply multiple partial payments to an invoice. That's no problem.
