Automatically create a contact from a web form

Hi,

Here's my problem.....

On our company website we have a form which was created in WordPress using WPForms (the usual). The form gets send to a email address which is a shared mailbox.

I've done all the steps here Automatically create or update records in Dynamics 365 Customer Service | Microsoft Learn but the problem is it creates the contact on the incoming email address which is normally correct but I want it to take the information the client supplied in the form and create a contact from that.

I know you can do this if you have the Marketing part and use the Landing page which we don't have due to costs.....

This is what the email looks like in Customer Service Hub (see screenshot)

I would like all the information highlighted in yellow to be taken and a contact created

Is there a way of doing this or not?

Can this be done another way?

Thank you

    Hi Rachel,

You can easily extract the data from email and create lead/contact record in Dynamics using Zap Email Parser App. For details, please refer:

    Hi partner,

1.What would be the correct or best way to get the information from the email into Dynamics?

I not sure about that. maybe the best way is to use Marketing.

2.so could you explain how you got the Raw data output via a flow....

    I just tested it.

Thank you for the information and help, I do appreciate it

What would be the correct or best way to get the information from the email into Dynamics?

I'm not the best in Power Automate, so could you explain how you got the Raw data output via a flow....

My flow is just basic as you can see in the screenshot

    Hi partner,

There is indeed a way, but it would be very complicated. The body in the email will be stored in this field in html format. According to your current situation, it can only be realized by parsing the html in this field.

You could find it in run history:
