massive review performance

I need to massively create performance reviews through review templates but it only allows me to edit the competencies and objectives but does not allow me to edit the evaluation area, nor the weight assigned to each competency. This is done one by one? How can I design a template in which to include the competencies and the weight of each one in the review? Microsoft documentation doesn't help me.

Hi IsabelBec,

You can include a number of types of information in performance reviews. They include review detail, measurements, activities, ratings, sign-offs, and attachments.You can apply a rating to any goal or competency that's on the review. You can define the rating models for each review. The defaults for ratings are on the Human resources shared parameters page under Performance.You can also refer to:
