Hello,
Currently we are testing the printer connections using the document routing agent downloaded directly from Dynamics 365 -> Network Printers -> Download DRA installer. I installed and configured the DRA in my laptop, the problem is when someone else tries to print a document in Dynamics 365, the printer queue is associated to my user. Is there any way to associate the user who tries to print in Dynamics 365 with the printer queue? Right now it is associated to my user because that's the one I used to configure the DRA.

    Hi Mauricio,

    It is not possible to have the user associated with the print job. You can find more details in the next blog from Microsoft Support: community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-document-routing-agent-unable-to-authenticate-to-the-print-server-impersonated-print-user
