Hi all,
I follow the procedure to install the Document Routing Agent locally and register a local printer into it. I was able to see that printer into D365, but I'm unable to print on it. When we try to use it, I receive the following error message in the log.
37022000x40000006000000046171Microsoft-Dynamics-AX-DocumentRouting/OperationalMAN-ADFS.manac.caDocumentRoutingTimer_TickAsyncKey not valid for use in specified state.System.ExceptionSystem.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Key not valid for use in specified state. at System.Security.Cryptography.ProtectedData.Unprotect(Byte[] encryptedData, Byte[] optionalEntropy, DataProtectionScope scope) at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.FileCache.ReadFileCache() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.FileCache..ctor() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.AuthenticationHelper.get_AuthContext() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.AuthenticationHelper.GetAuthenticationResultFromUserAuth() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.AuthenticationHelper.GetAuthenticationResult() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Runtime.AuthenticationHelper.get_AccessToken() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Service.SignIn() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.DocumentRouting.Service.DocumentRoutingTimer_Tick(Object state)
Click the print button from any D365 Screen then select the printer register in D365 ( Canon ... ). Nothing actually print, and when we open the Document Routing Agent, we could see that error.
Make sure you have taken care below points. And also check on which account DRA service is running.

What's important to know?
Finance and Operations offers a downloadable application that you can use to enable network printing scenarios.
You can enable network printers for specific companies by using in-client administrative pages.
Access to network printing resources requires Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) authentication.
When installing the Document Routing Agent (DRA), make sure you are logged in as the Admin user.
The Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) account that is used to configure the DRA must share the same domain as the Azure tenant.
The DRA requires .NET 4.62 or later and Adobe Acrobat Reader on the client.
The client is supported on Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, or Microsoft Windows Server 2016.
