Hi,
I'm new to GP and relied upon the dbo.eConnect_Out_Setup to help me get to the tables for the data I'm looking for.
Often items the data I need is in another table not list here.
Is there a place or a way I could get a list of all the GP tables along with their description/purpose/doctype?

The Resource Information window with the Resource Explorer will give you everything you need.

If you are looking for tables & fields from all of your products; including third party programs, look at GP Power tools from Winthrop development. It will look at your specific installation and return tables and fields (and much more) for all of the applications you have installed.
